Terms and Conditions

All workshop and training bookings must be made in advance of course start date.

A non-returnable deposit is required for all courses and workshops.

Fees must be paid in FULL by the course commencement date.

Payment must be made by Credit/Debit Card or Cash.

Course fees will only be returned if the course or event is cancelled by the proprietor.

Certificates will only be issued on FULL completion of the course.

All course members must supply contact details for use in the event of circumstances arising that may affect the course.

All course members, without exception, will adhere to current government guidelines on Covid-19 control measures.

At their own discretion, the proprieter reserves the right to deny services to any individual

and/or discontinue training where disrespectful, abusive or anti-social behaviour is observed.

All visitors to The Otherworld Gallery are expected to adhere to current government guidelines and advice on Covid-19 control measures.

The proprietor reserves the right to deny access to anyone refusing to adhere to current restrictions.

We are required by law to make the following statement:

minerals and stones, products, treatments or training, we are communicating our own personal beliefs

and the results of our own experience.

While a crystal, mineral, stone, product, treatment or training is alleged to have one or more healing properties,

either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it does not guarantee that you will definitely experience

or benefit from any such properties.

Any information you receive, whether orally, in written form or electronically relating to crystals, minerals, stones, products,

treatments or training available at The Otherworld Gallery should be recieved and understood in this context.

The Otherworld Gallery will consider that the purchase of crystals, minerals, stones, treatments,

No personal data is stored electronically by The Otherworld Gallery.

Written documentation is stored securely for a minimum of 7 years and will only be disclosed to a third party if required by law.

Security camera footage will only be disclosed if required by law.
